Saracha shrimp is delicious. Tender shrimp with a hint of heat. Yum. The beet salad with grilled steak cooked to perfection was flavorful. Burger was also good. Juicy and smoky. The flan had good texture, however there were sprinkles of salt on top. Hint of salt is fine, but in my opinion there was too much salt. Service was ok. The servers were nice.

Good Lunch and Friendly Service Inside the Anaheim Marriott This afternoon I had lunch at nFuse Restaurant, Bar & Lounge inside the Anaheim Marriott while I was in town for the 2026 ASSP Convention + Expo. Since the hotel and convention area were busy, I got there before noon hoping to beat the crowd. That turned out to be a good move. I decided to sit at the bar, and the staff made a good first impression right away. The bartenders were friendly, welcoming, and quick to get me settled. Since it was still early in the day, I played it safe with an iced tea, which arrived within minutes, along with the menu. I ordered the Roasted Turkey Club with onion rings. As shown in my photo, the plate came out looking solid, with a good-sized sandwich, plenty of turkey, onion rings, sauces, and a pickle on the side. A typical hotel restaurant. The food was affordable but very mediocre. The service was excellent and outstanding. Loved our servers. They were polite, friendly and kind.

The halibut was cooked and seasoned well. The veggies were slightly undercooked but overall a solid dish. The seasoning at the bottom was slightly too salty for my taste but with the halibut it was okay. The service was great!

Consistently good food in a nice hotel. Can’t go wrong with the chicken sandwich or burger. Breakfast is good too. We stay at this Marriott every time we go to Disneyland. Nice place to have dinner if you don’t want to eat out.
