  I’m overwhelmed with how redlight pro devices have changed my life. A life that has been hampered by pain and discomfort from sports career and coaching. I’ve observed some health and diet products and services over the years with skepticism. But from using red light on my knees lower back, shoulder and stomach I cannot believe how quickly I’ve healed. The Foskaris wellness center cares about you the patient. Penny and her team have the right patient centric philosophy which shines through as bright as the lights. Getting a new lease of life is game changing and I couldn’t be happier as this affects my family too. Wonderful place, wonderful products and services. They have me for life!

  This is such a great company. Penny is so kind and very helpful with helping you to achieve your personal health and weight loss goal. She’s great at explaining how your body works. This program has given me the best results and even better results that have stayed. I eat more than I have ever eaten but now I understand what foods work and which ones don’t for me. I never feel like I’m starving and I am not having to run a mile everyday to maintain my progress. Try the program and the light sculpting. It’s worth the money. Megan N.

  Wow what an experience. I went to Penny at Foskaris Wellness initially for my ruptured achilles (ouch that injury sucks and ruined my life for a bit). I've heard multiple sources brag about the healing benefits and I witnessed it first hand. The doctor initially told me it would be a 18 month recovery….. But after six sessions of Red Light Therapy, I was hiking again after six months. The doctor said he had never seen anyone heal from that type of an injury so quickly. I also used the wellness center for the fat loss services. The level of care, precision and attention to detail was amazing. The program was so easy yet comprehensive. It was super helpful knowing what would work for me and how to implement the steps to achieve my goals. The results speak for itself, I achieved my goals and I have so much more confidence now too! I can't thank you enough!

  Foskaris Wellness is fantastic! The results are amazing. The red light wraps quickly made a noticeable difference for me, tightening my skin while I lost inches. Even more impressive is the fact that my lean body mass increased while my body fat percentage decreased. I have lost more inches than I have in years. My clothes fit even better than when I weighed less. Penny has all the latest equipment to monitor your progress and provide you you with detailed results. Along with the wraps, Penny also helped me analyze my diet and my food sensitivities. Having an upset stomach every morning was normal for me. After cutting out the foods that I need to avoid, I immediately felt better and no longer had an upset stomach in the morning. The relaxation therapy is also fabulous. I initially was only interested in the wraps, but I found that all the services available are beneficial. I

  Been going to Foskaris wellness for about a month. My initial reason for going was to deal with loose skin as a result major weight loss. What I found was more than a solution to my concerns, I found a new way to deal with other issues plaguing me. My initial consultation was great. Penny asked questions about my concerns, did a foods for wellness bio survey, body analysis and more. We talked about my lifestyle and my commitment to maintain the results that I will achieve. Penny gave me a tailored action plan that is easy to follow. Next, Penny offered me use of the relaxation room. I am a person who is constantly on the go. Penny emphasized that relaxation is the key for a healthy life. I was thinking “yeah, ok.
