This is part 1 of my review for the water removal service. Part 2 for the cleanup and repairs will come after that part of the job is finished. I agree with the other 5-star reviews. After I called about water damage, Brady responded quickly, inspected the affected areas, explained the moisture issue clearly, and had the crew at my Anaheim property the next morning. The water-damaged area included several rooms that were packed full of belongings. After introductions, the team got right to work. They carefully packed, sorted, and moved everything away from the affected area to a safe spot so the water mitigation process could begin. I was especially happy with how much care they used when handling and relocating our items. They treated every belonging respectfully, even things that may not have had much value to anyone else. One thing that really stood out was their communication. When i

Jordan was very helpful and took the time to explain the water damage restoration issues in our home in Anaheim. What first seemed like a possible moisture and flooring problem turned out to be much less serious, but because the flooring installer raised concerns, we still needed to have the affected areas inspected and addressed. There were some out-of-pocket costs, but Jordan made the whole mitigation and repair process easy to understand and walked us through every step, including moisture checks and what needed to be done before the flooring could be completed. Anaheim Top Restoration Pros was excellent to work with, and the office staff was also friendly, responsive, and professional. They helped us feel confident that the water-related concerns were properly handled so the flooring work can move forward. We are very happy with the service, appreciate the clear communication, and wo

I had a few issues at my home, including mold, water intrusion, a sump pump need, and some foundation-related moisture concerns. When Brady came out for the first inspection, he took the time to explain the water damage restoration and waterproofing process instead of trying to sell me anything. I also called another company for a quote just to compare, but the experience was not nearly as helpful. Brady was much more detailed, answered my questions clearly, and helped me understand the best solution for moisture control and restoration. The work is now finished, and the crew did an amazing job. They were professional, showed up on time every day, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. They handled the mold and waterproofing work with care, and everything looks great. Water damage restoration and moisture repairs are a big investment, but I feel very good about the money I

i can't say enough good things about the team who helped with my water damage restoration. jordan's work ethic is amazing, and i felt really supported with great communication every step of the way. jordan and the crew truly went out of their way to assist me, even making a long drive just to bring me top-quality cleaning supplies so i could treat my belongings and safely move out after mold was found in the hvac system. i completely trust them with my home and my family's safety. i'm so thankful for their dedication and care!

Anaheim Top Restoration Pros did a fantastic job when our basement flooded from a burst pipe. The first company that arrived didn't seem trustworthy, so I decided to call for another opinion. From the first phone call to the final billing, everything was handled with professionalism. Brady and his team made the whole stressful situation much easier for me. They explained every step of the water damage restoration process, worked quickly, and were always polite and friendly. They even took a moment to say goodbye to my dog after finishing the cleanup! The team arrived on time every day and kept me updated on what would happen next. I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with water damage and in need of reliable help.
